Job Qualifications

Exceptional customer service abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of hotel, catering, and event industries
Proficient computer skills including Salesforce, Amadeus Room Diagramming, Knowland, Word, Excel, and Opera preferred

Job Duties

Qualify incoming wedding, catering and social calls to determine potential business value
Draft menu proposals and conduct site inspections to secure business
Generate booking contracts and ensure timely return of contracts and deposits
Execute and service all assigned weddings, catering, and social events including client meetings, taste meals, banquet event orders, room block management, and communication with operational departments
Represent client needs to all internal departments ensuring highest standards of product quality and service
Prepare and collect payments following standard billing procedures
Be onsite to efficiently execute events and ensure client satisfaction
