Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role
- ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment
- strong multitasking skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- assist in development of new and existing barista training
- support overall store operations to ensure structured and consistent work environment
- coordinate staff activities to serve customers according to corporate standards
- ensure positive service through timely execution of customer orders
- produce quality coffee and related products
- handle cash transactions properly
- assist management with setup and training of special promotions
- perform computer-related tasks as required
