Job Requirements
- Master's degree plus 2 years of marketing, agency, brand ambassador, tasting room, bartender/mixology, restaurant management, or sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility
- OR Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of marketing, agency, brand ambassador, tasting room, bartender/mixology, restaurant management, or sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility
- OR Bachelor’s plus 3 years of Gallo sales, marketing, engineering or operations experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility
- OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 8 years of marketing, agency, brand ambassador, tasting room, bartender/mixology, restaurant management or sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility
- Required to travel up to 50% of the time in-market to perform job duties
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Skilled in project management
- Ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events up to 5% of the time with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications
- Master's degree plus 4 years of brand marketing experience
- OR Bachelor’s degree plus 7 years of marketing, agency, brand ambassador, tasting room, bartender/mixology, restaurant management, or sales experience with increasing responsibility
- OR Bachelor’s plus 6 years of Gallo sales, marketing, hospitality, engineering or operations experience with increasing responsibility
- IRI Circana experience
- Experience managing multiple external agencies
- Experience in CPG, pharmaceutical, or alcohol beverage industry
- Experience in a regulated environment
- Understanding of agile practices
- Knowledge of on-premise channel
Job Duties
- Manage development of portions of brand plan including key marketing initiatives and channel strategies
- Collaborate on Agile Roadmap development with Senior Brand Managers and Subject Matter Experts
- Analyze data to make informed decisions and articulate performance drivers
- Manage sublines within brand architecture
- Lead annual paid media planning, experiential events, and budgeting
- Partner with regional marketing and local sales teams to execute campaigns
- Contribute to 3-year operating plan and manage P&L trade-offs
- Lead demand preparation articulating risks and opportunities
- Screen for strategic and tactical opportunities supporting Sixth Standard strategy
- Evaluate activation tools and identify trends through monthly market visits
- Support implementation and evaluation of new marketing innovations
- Optimize Brand Story and Visual Guidelines
- Deliver go-to-market materials ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and safety regulations
