Job Requirements
- Master's degree plus 2 years of experience in marketing, agency, brand ambassador, tasting room, bartender/mixology, restaurant management, or sales reflecting increasing responsibility
- OR Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of experience in these fields
- OR Bachelor’s plus 3 years of Gallo sales, marketing, engineering, or operations experience
- OR High School diploma or equivalent plus 8 years of related experience
- Required to travel up to 50% of the time in-market
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Skilled in project management
- Ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and meetings up to 5% of the time
- Must be 18 years or older
Job Qualifications
- Master's degree plus 4 years of brand marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree plus 7 years of relevant experience in marketing, agency, brand ambassador, tasting room, bartender/mixology, restaurant management, or sales
- Bachelor’s degree plus 6 years of Gallo sales, marketing, hospitality, engineering, or operations experience
- Experience with IRI Circana
- Experience managing multiple external agencies
- Experience in CPG, pharmaceutical, or alcohol beverage industries
- Familiarity with regulated environments
- Understanding of agile practices
- Knowledge of on-premise channel
Job Duties
- Independently manage portions of the brand plan including marketing initiatives and channel strategies
- Collaborate with Senior Brand Managers and Subject Matter Experts to develop the Agile Roadmap
- Analyze relevant data to inform decisions and articulate performance drivers
- Manage annual paid media planning, experiential events, and budgets
- Partner with regional marketing and local sales teams to execute campaigns
- Contribute to the 3-year operating plan and make strategic trade-offs within the P&L
- Lead demand preparation and articulate risks and opportunities
- Screen for strategic and tactical opportunities and support the Sixth Standard strategy
- Conduct monthly market visits to evaluate activation tools and identify trends
- Support implementation and evaluation of marketing innovations
- Optimize Brand Story and Visual Guidelines to align with campaigns
- Ensure on-time delivery of go-to-market materials and compliance with quality and safety regulations
