Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Four or more years of relevant corporate experience
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance
- Experience in auditing and financial review
- Familiarity with Healthcare Provider engagement processes
- Proficiency in project management
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and reports
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience preferred
- Four or more years of experience in a corporate role preferably in pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in financial analysis, contract management, CRO or clinical background, auditing, and project management
- Demonstrated understanding of pharmaceutical guidelines and the Federal Sunshine Act
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Job Duties
- Establish and manage the monthly HCP Engagement Folder audit process
- Review closed HCP Engagements ensuring all documents are uploaded and checklists completed
- Conduct audits and present findings to planners and management
- Provide timelines for issue resolution and verify corrections
- Deliver monthly pass/fail performance reports
- Perform monthly full file audits including document review and financial verification
- Review HCP meeting compliance with MCA and RFS policies
- Conduct deep dives on HCP spend and audit receipts for accuracy
- Report audit findings to management and coordinate resolution
- Perform monthly speaker program audits selecting key programs for review
- Verify back-up documentation and aggregated spend data
- Address inconsistencies with speaker bureau and ensure resolution
- Provide summary reports with recommendations for process improvements
- Audit monthly HCP fees and expenses for aggregate spend reporting
- Complete TOV reporting and collaborate with compliance to resolve discrepancies
- Monitor and correct system discrepancies in the HCP Engagement platform
- Oversee Fair Market Value process ensuring proper approvals and documentation
