- Advanced organizational and priority management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms

- Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently
- Demonstrated experience managing complex domestic and international travel

- Ability to balance firm standards with leader-specific needs
- Strong judgment and situational awareness
- Able to work overtime as requested during peak seasons

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex logistics including multi-stakeholder scheduling
- Project coordination skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization
- Strong judgment and situational awareness
- Willingness to work overtime during peak periods
Job Duties
- Manage complex calendars
- Triage incoming requests and align scheduling with leader priorities
- Create briefing packets and preparation materials
- Coordinate complex leader travel itineraries including international trips
- Handle expense submissions for leadership travel
- Draft correspondence, talking points, and presentation materials
- Manage sensitive and confidential information
- Support leader messaging and client deliverable production
- Coordinate onsite and virtual leadership meetings including logistics such as AV and catering
- Track project tasks and maintain documentation
- Coordinate workflows with cross-functional stakeholders
- Perform other duties as assigned
