Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- ability to drive manual transmission
- valid driver's license with clean driving record
- minimum of three years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- knowledge of general business practices including accounting, human resources, and customer service
- strong planning, prioritization, and project management skills
- demonstrated work ethic, energy, and persistence
- professionalism under changing and difficult situations
- computer proficiency with MS Office and point-of-sale systems
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to represent the company effectively in diverse settings
- ability to read and interpret business policies and training materials
- ability to compose professional business communications
Job Duties
- Drive business metrics and performance to ensure high performance and compliance
- manage financial aspects including payroll, scheduling, overtime, tip reporting, and accounting reports
- recruit and hire skilled associates
- foster employee retention and development
- provide orientation, training, and coaching
- conduct performance appraisals and maintain shift meetings
- ensure consistent guest and patient service experience
- allocate labor resources efficiently
- collaborate with Area/District Manager and HR on staffing plans
- develop strong client relationships and maintain communication
- attend and lead client meetings
- utilize company systems to control assets and expenditures
- maintain a clean work environment
- comply with safety and security procedures
- report accidents and potential risks
- ensure employee training in safety
- manage claims and cooperate with Risk Management
- follow progressive disciplinary processes
- assist in prioritizing client activities
- identify opportunities for business growth
- keep leadership informed about client organizational changes
- monitor and respond to client business development opportunities
