- Minimum 21 years of age
- Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to communicate effectively in a positive, upbeat fashion
- Basic math skills a must
- Ability to withstand prolonged standing
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- Availability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Efficiently and accurately take and deliver orders while interacting with guests with excellent interpersonal service skills
- Learn menu items and be able to describe them appropriately to guests
- Demonstrate knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits including domestic and import varieties
- Maintain assigned areas by keeping them clean and free of debris
- Track guests while they move around the pool area
- Work collaboratively with other servers and bartenders and be a team player
- Present superior guest service skills with a friendly, relaxed, and professional demeanor
- Manage multiple tasks with attention to detail while meeting business demands
