Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in hotel or related field
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • college coursework in a related field is a plus
  • 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of housekeeping standards and safety procedures

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision including inspections reports and productivity checks
  • Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication hands-on training and positive motivation
  • Handle lost-and-found items maintain key control and manage access to master keys storage rooms and secure files while ensuring safety
  • Set high standards for sanitation cleanliness across all facilities and equipment
  • Ensure rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Collaborate with management to improve housekeeping processes and guest satisfaction
  • Step in for Housekeeping Manager during absences to maintain seamless operations
