Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
Job Duties
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations including inspections, reports, and productivity checks
- Lead and motivate Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication and training
- Manage lost-and-found items, maintain key control, and oversee access to sensitive areas
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation meet high standards across all facilities and equipment
- Support Housekeeping Manager and step in during their absence
- Foster a positive and organized team environment
- Monitor safety and security protocols within the department
