Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in hospitality or housekeeping
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • attention to detail
  • availability to work flexible shifts

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision
  • lead and inspire room attendants and house attendants
  • handle lost-and-found items and maintain key control
  • ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are consistently met
  • conduct inspections and productivity checks
  • provide hands-on training and clear communication to the housekeeping team
  • manage access to sensitive areas such as master keys and storage rooms
