Job Requirements
- 5 plus years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field with supervisory experience
- 2 year college degree with 3 or more years of related experience or a 4 year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience
- proficient in windows operating systems spreadsheets and word processing
- effective in handling stressful high pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity
- valid drivers license from the applicable state

Job Duties
- deliver exceptional service to guests ensuring their needs are met and their experience is enhanced throughout their stay
- motivate coach counsel and discipline front desk personnel ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures
- anticipate and address issues proactively to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- clearly convey information and resolve concerns from co workers and guests effectively
- manage financial aspects of the front desk including maximizing room revenue and occupancy through effective rate management and analysis
