Job Requirements
- Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner
- maintain regular attendance and high standards of personal appearance and grooming
- may be required to work weekends, holidays, and be available for emergencies
- comply with certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- prior experience in hotel or property maintenance roles preferred
- ability to lift heavy items and work in physically demanding environments

Job Duties
- Lead the charge in keeping all property systems running smoothly
- inspire, train, and schedule the engineering crew while championing workplace safety through inspections and training
- implement and maintain the Preventative Maintenance program for guest rooms and public areas
- manage energy usage and budgets promoting conservation and smart purchasing
- respond promptly to guestroom requests and serve as emergency contact ensuring continuous guest and staff support
- oversee contractors and evaluate staff work quality
- attend and participate in daily stand-up meetings to improve service and operational efficiency
