Job Requirements
- Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner
- Maintain regular attendance and high standards of personal appearance and grooming
- May be required to work weekends, holidays, and be available for emergencies
- Comply with certification requirements such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, First Aid
- Experience in training, supervising, and motivating staff

Job Duties
- Lead the charge in keeping all property systems running smoothly
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and ensure guest satisfaction while managing costs
- Inspire, train, and schedule engineering staff
- Champion workplace safety through inspections, fire drills, and employee training
- Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs to keep guest rooms and public spaces to company standards
- Manage energy usage and budget, promote conservation, and make informed purchasing decisions
- Respond promptly to guest room requests and serve as the emergency contact for unforeseen situations
