Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of housekeeping operations and standards
- Ability to maintain safety and compliance protocols
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations including inspections and reporting to ensure standards and productivity levels are met
- Lead and motivate a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants
- Provide training and support to staff fostering a positive work environment
- Handle lost and found items with care and integrity
- Maintain key control and ensure safety standards are met
- Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in all facilities and equipment
- Step in for the Housekeeping Manager as needed
