Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
  • Must have a valid driver license for the applicable State and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving record
  • Must work well in stressful, high pressure situations
  • Ability to perform physical cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in stressful, high pressure situations
  • Valid driver license for the applicable State with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving record
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Physically able to perform required cleaning and maintenance tasks

Job Duties

  • Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in all facilities and equipment
  • Spruce up lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
  • Make sure everything shines, from carpets to furniture
  • Be quick to respond to guest requests and deliver items with a friendly attitude
  • Exhibit great customer service skills
  • Assist with setting up meeting rooms and events
  • Safeguard sensitive areas and handle lost-and-found items
  • Practice safe work habits to avoid possible injuries
