Job Duties
- team up with the Food and Beverage Manager to serve up unforgettable experiences
- keep energy high, costs in check, and ensure five-star hospitality
- ignite Food and Beverage sales with creative promotions and marketing ideas
- inspire the team with communication, coaching, and encouragement
- manage cash handling, service quality, guest relations, scheduling, inventory, and productivity
- lead safety, standards, and food presentation compliance in partnership with Food Production Manager
- participate in meetings and adapt to new operational needs
