  • team up with the Food and Beverage Manager to serve up unforgettable experiences
  • keep energy high, costs in check, and ensure five-star hospitality
  • ignite Food and Beverage sales with creative promotions and marketing ideas
  • inspire the team with communication, coaching, and encouragement
  • manage cash handling, service quality, guest relations, scheduling, inventory, and productivity
  • lead safety, standards, and food presentation compliance in partnership with Food Production Manager
  • participate in meetings and adapt to new operational needs
