Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in hotel or related field preferred
  • ability to work both morning (7am-3pm) and evening (3pm-11pm) shifts as needed, including weekends
  • familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • resolve guest complaints and issues quickly to maintain high satisfaction
  • maintain accurate records and handle financial transactions responsibly
