Job Requirements
- at least 2 years of progressive hotel sales experience preferred or 4-year college degree and 1 year related experience or 2-year college degree and 2 years related experience
- valid driver's license in the applicable state required
- highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- ability to negotiate, sell, and influence
- thorough experience with professional selling skills including opening, probing, supporting, closing
- strong analytical skills and strategic vision
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge
- ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- strong organization and presentation skills
- demonstrated ability to manage and interact with people of diverse backgrounds
- advanced knowledge of sales, marketing, and hospitality principles
- ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- cast creative sales and marketing campaigns to increase bookings and revenue
- assemble, train, mentor, and inspire a diverse sales team
- develop budgets and forecast sales opportunities
- conduct client sales calls, property tours, and networking events
- collaborate with all hotel departments to support operations
- assist the General Manager as hotel ambassador
- ensure achievement of sales targets and team goals
