Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of experience in customer service or recreation setting with direct contact with adults and children
- Valid Driver's License in the Commonwealth of Virginia
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to participate in mandatory staff training and workshops
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to safety and health policies
Job Qualifications

- One to two years of experience in a customer service role or recreation setting with direct contact with adults and children
- Valid Driver's License in the Commonwealth of Virginia
- Ability to apply disciplinary actions following program guidelines
- Experience with supervising groups in a recreational or camp environment
Job Duties
- Responsible for the safety of all program participants
- Apply disciplinary actions in accordance with program guidelines
- Set up and break down equipment needed for program operation
- Complete paperwork including incident and accident reports
- Attend all mandatory trainings mandated by the County or the State
- Supervise program participants during activities
- Ensure all utilized areas are left clean and free of clutter
