- High school diploma or equivalent
- availability during the spring athletic season of 2025-2026
- ability to communicate effectively
- skill in managing groups and supervising activities
- background in sports or event coordination preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- commitment to upholding safety and conduct standards at athletic events
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in event supervision or athletic event management preferred
- strong organizational skills
- effective communication abilities
- ability to manage and lead event staff
- understanding of sportsmanship and safety protocols
- ability to work under pressure during live events
Job Duties
- Ensure the physical, organizational, and supervisory elements of the assigned events are in place
- welcomed and manage contest officials
- supervise event workers
- monitor the conduct of coaches, players, and spectators
- greet visiting teams and coordinate their entrance, participation, and departure
- establish and maintain the security of the contest area, locker rooms, etc.
- communicate daily with the Athletic Department and provide a post-event report as necessary to the Athletic Director
- assume other responsibilities as assigned by the Athletic Department
