Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Degree currently in progress, preferably in a sports/marketing-related field
  • organized, self-motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic
  • professional attitude while demonstrating initiative and strong communication skills
  • interest in sports business and sales/marketing
  • understanding of social media and its use in athlete marketing
  • eager to learn about and contribute to the marketing efforts of athletes
  • sales, marketing, and business development experience strongly preferred
  • well-developed communication, organizational and time management skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • display indications of being loyal and trustworthy with the organization and players

Job Duties

  • Support the Senior Coordinator NIL Marketing, Baseball with various tasks
  • conduct cold calls and marketing outreach as directed
  • create excel spreadsheets and external material to assist with marketing outreach
  • research potential marketing opportunities for NIL athletes
  • assist in organizing client data to further client service and marketing efforts
  • support MLB client gifting initiatives by identifying brand partners
  • various administrative duties as assigned
