Job Requirements
- Stand for long periods

- perform repeated lifting, stooping, and bending motions
- carry and organize materials
- set up machinery
- work in outdoor or semi-enclosed construction environments
- wear and use proper PPE at all times
- pass respiratory and fit tests prior to spraying
- ability to operate mixers and related equipment safely
Job Qualifications
- Experience with fireproofing materials and mixing processes
- must complete a respiratory and fit test, provided by Alpha, before spraying begins
- knowledge of equipment setup and operation
- strong attention to detail
- commitment to quality control
- ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Job Duties
- Prepare and mix spray foam material daily according to specifications
- perform thickness checks during application to ensure the required material thickness is achieved
- set up and operate mixing and spraying equipment
- monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- keep materials organized and maintain a clean work area
- assist with troubleshooting and minor equipment maintenance
- travel to job sites across the state of Florida
