Job Requirements
- Associate degree in Culinary or related field
- Minimum two years of culinary experience
- Minimum one year of supervisory experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent and literate in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with all team members
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
- Must have ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues and resolve conflicts diplomatically
- Flexible to work all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Provide guidance and daily supervision to culinary staff
- Support and administer operational goals and monitor performance and profit objectives
- Coordinate scheduling and communicate concerns to management with attention to guest satisfaction
- Produce menu items following prep lists and ensure kitchens are stocked and ready for service
- Support compliance with departmental budgets and assist with cost control methods
- Actively promote and demonstrate superior customer service
- Address customer service issues as they arise
- Assist with administrative duties such as attendance tracking
- Maintain quality assurance procedures to meet health and safety standards
- Ensure regulatory compliance and report potential issues to management
- Maintain confidentiality in all departmental and company matters
