Job Requirements

  • Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs
  • Standing or walking for the duration of the shift
  • Possible exposure to second-hand smoke and high noise volumes

Job Qualifications

  • One year of related experience
  • Superior organization and guest service abilities
  • Basic math skills and computer skills including word-processing, spreadsheets, and email
  • Ability to deal with guest complaints using active listening skills to defuse difficult situations
  • No college degree required

Job Duties

  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members
  • Ensure the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service
  • Adhere to all departmental and organizational policies and procedures
  • Assist managers in training and development of the team
  • Conduct team member counseling sessions including corrective action reports
  • Collaborate with the manager concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention
  • Assist in management of staffing levels in accordance with budgetary goals and business volume
  • Greet guests positively, professionally, and as individuals
  • Monitor guests' and team members' needs within your assigned area
