Job Requirements
- Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs
- Standing or walking for the duration of the shift
- Possible exposure to second-hand smoke and high noise volumes
Job Qualifications
- One year of related experience
- Superior organization and guest service abilities
- Basic math skills and computer skills including word-processing, spreadsheets, and email
- Ability to deal with guest complaints using active listening skills to defuse difficult situations
- No college degree required
Job Duties
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members
- Ensure the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service
- Adhere to all departmental and organizational policies and procedures
- Assist managers in training and development of the team
- Conduct team member counseling sessions including corrective action reports
- Collaborate with the manager concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention
- Assist in management of staffing levels in accordance with budgetary goals and business volume
- Greet guests positively, professionally, and as individuals
- Monitor guests' and team members' needs within your assigned area
