Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Previous sportsbook supervisory experience
  • Extensive knowledge of computers, touch screens and a/v system
  • Must have basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Excel
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
  • Ability to obtain and maintain applicable licenses and satisfy all regulatory requirements
  • Ability to sit/stand for extended periods at a time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Experience in sports or online gaming and compliance preferred
  • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop and stack

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Supervise the Sportsbook floor including cashier location assignments, supervisor assignments, and customer service staff supervisors
  • Monitor all monies being wagered
  • Approve or deny wagers from guests in conjunction with the Risk and Trading Team
  • Quickly handle escalated guest disputes in the Sportsbook from cashiers and supervisors
  • Supervise cashiers to ensure accuracy when issuing and redeeming betting slips for guests while providing gaming information and abiding by all gaming regulations/requirements
  • Provide outstanding customer service to both guests and employees
  • Maintain complete confidentiality of all company information
  • Assist the management team in maintaining control and authority over the Sportsbook
  • Proactively report any technical issues with tills or TVs to the IT team
  • Ensure that all employees perform services and transactions in accordance with company policies and all applicable laws and regulations
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
