Job Duties
- Adheres to departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards
- provides fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to restaurant guests, food servers, and restaurant host/ess
- provides clean china, silverware, and glassware upon request from customers
- sets tables with dishes, linen, flatware, etc., as required
- attends to customer needs/requests (e.g., refilling beverages, condiments, paper products) in a polite and helpful manner
- assists wait staff with tray service as needed
- performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned
- maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters
