Job Duties
- Transact sportsbook-related exchanges including taking bets and paying out winnings
- sell sportsbook tickets and handle cash transactions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and gaming regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any guest issues
- Maintain accurate financial records and balance cash drawers
- Perform assigned tasks and additional responsibilities as required
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
