- able to push, pull, drag, or lift a 165-pound keg up to 6 inches off the ground
- ability to meet appearance and grooming standards
- willing to work in loud environments and possible exposure to secondhand tobacco smoke
- able to adhere to company policies and gaming laws
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- minimum of one to three months of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience

- ability to accurately calculate figures and perform basic mathematical functions

- must be able to qualify for any licenses or permits required by local, state, or federal law
Job Duties
- Provide stellar customer service
- retrieve dirty dishes, silverware, and glassware during and after meals and deliver to dishwashing area
- retrieve clean dishes, glassware, and silverware from dishwashing area and distribute to service station locations
- maintain cleanliness of work and guest areas including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and trash pickup
- fill ice stations, polish silver, fold napkins, and stock supplies including dishes
- prepare tables for guests by removing dirty dishes, cleaning tables, changing linens, and resetting tables with plates, glasses, silverware, and napkins
- take beverages and refills to customers at appropriate times
- remove trash and dirty linens from work area and deliver to appropriate areas
- greet, welcome, and thank guests appropriately
- attend all departmental and company training programs or meetings as directed
- adhere to all company policies and procedures
- adhere to gaming laws and regulations
- perform all job duties safely and responsibly, keeping areas free of safety hazards
- meet department uniform, appearance, and grooming standards
- perform any other reasonable job duties or requests by supervisors or management to promote productivity
