Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food and beverage service preferred
- ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
- capability to lift and carry heavy trays up to 40 pounds
- proficiency in English communication
- computer literacy for order and payment processing
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to obtain and maintain required certifications
Job Qualifications
- Six months of food and beverage service experience preferred
- ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift
- ability to lift and carry trays weighing approximately 40 pounds
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- proficiency in utilizing computer systems for order placement and payment processing
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications
Job Duties
- Receive and serve food and beverage orders from guests
- greet and communicate with guests in a friendly, courteous manner
- receive and process food and beverage orders using a computerized guest check system
- retrieve prepared orders from kitchen area and deliver to guests
- carry and balance trays and/or push carts of food and beverages through kitchen and dining room
- maintain cleanliness of all dining room areas
- present check to guest and collect payment or deliver to cashier
