Job Requirements

  • Must obtain valid Utah Food Handlers or Manager Food Safety Certificate
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must be dependable and punctual
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols strictly

Job Qualifications

  • Previous cooking experience in a professional kitchen
  • Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and varying schedules

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook daily meals for professional soccer teams
  • Execute menus according to established recipes, nutrition guidelines, and standards
  • Assist with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack preparation as scheduled
  • Ensure food quality, flavor, consistency, and proper portioning
  • Support meal service timing aligned with training and match schedules
  • Assist with daily prep, cooking, plating, and service of team meals
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
