Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in food and beverage operational position
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as dictated by event schedule
- High computer literacy
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management preferred
- Passion for hospitality and customer service
- Experience managing teams and multi-tasking
- Knowledge of safety and loss prevention procedures
- Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Overseeing all aspects of concessions operations
- Ensuring the recruitment and training of team members in standards and procedures
- Working with location leadership to improve guest satisfaction and financial results
- Driving engagement within the concessions department
- Managing season planning and event preparation for maximum readiness
- Ensuring point of sale updates and maintenance
- Implementing and communicating promotions
- Overseeing loss prevention activities including cash management and goods out of stock procedures
- Collaborating with culinary and purchasing teams to update concessions theoretical matrix
- Ensuring compliance with payment card information security
- Managing concessions production to minimize wastage
- Conducting progressive coaching and supporting team orientation
- Completing monthly financial reports and action plans
- Maintaining cleaning and inspection of concessions areas and equipment
- Managing alcohol service compliance and incident logging
- Scheduling and overseeing team member meal breaks and recruitment activities
- Leading pre-shift meetings and supporting leadership development programs
- Managing guest complaints and team incidents
- Conducting monthly safety training and managing payroll and gratuities
- Coordinating subcontractor communications and documentation
- Performing building walkthroughs during events
- Supporting implementation standards for sponsorship deals
- Assisting other locations as needed
