Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • must obtain valid Utah Food Handlers Permit
  • must obtain valid Utah On-Premise Alcohol Certificate
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
  • willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and event-based schedules
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30-40 lbs
  • reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Job Duties

  • Pour and serve draft and canned beer accurately and efficiently
  • provide friendly, professional guest interactions at concession locations
  • maintain speed of service during peak event times
  • answer basic guest questions regarding beer offerings and pricing
  • verify guest age and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws
  • follow responsible alcohol service practices and Levy policies
  • monitor guest behavior and escalate concerns to supervisors as needed
  • maintain valid Alcohol Service Permit as required
  • set up, stock, and break down beer stations before and after events
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of beer taps, counters, and storage areas
  • monitor product levels and communicate restocking needs to supervisors
  • handle beverage service equipment properly and safely
  • follow food safety and sanitation standards for beverage service
  • maintain clean workstations and service areas throughout the event
  • properly store and rotate beverage products
  • adhere to Levy safety and cleanliness guidelines
  • maintain professional appearance and positive attitude
  • uphold Levy's standards of hospitality and guest service
  • perform other duties as assigned
