Job Requirements
- Demonstrated experience planning, supervising or administering sports programs
- Experience managing community, industrial, secondary or college sports programs
- Experience teaching or evaluating physical education curricula
- Experience managing, umpiring or officiating at athletic events
- Experience equivalent to next lower grade level
- Undergraduate degree in physical education may substitute experience
- Resumes must be two pages or less and demonstrate relevant skills and abilities
Job Qualifications
- Experience in planning and supervising sports programs
- Experience guiding participants in sports skill development
- Experience teaching physical education or managing sports events
- Undergraduate degree in physical education
- Experience equivalent to the next lower grade level
- Preferred minimum one year experience in sports program execution
- Preferred experience in officiating athletic events and tournaments
Job Duties
- Plan sports programs including individual and team sports
- Supervise and administer sports activities
- Guide participants in developing sports skills
- Teach techniques of various sports
- Manage, umpire, or officiate athletic events and competitions
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to sports programs
- Coordinate schedules and communicate with stakeholders
