Job Requirements
- One year of line cook experience in a similar environment
- Possession of valid food-handler's permit
- Understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills
- Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
- Ability to work at least one station on the line successfully
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Ability to communicate effectively in verbal form
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers

Job Duties
- Prepare and fabricate items for use in the kitchen according to established recipes and procedures
- Store product as received and rotate stock according to established procedures
- Maintain coolers and storage areas and ensure cleanliness, sanitation and organization of all areas
- Keep workstation clean, sanitary and orderly in accordance with health department regulations
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes, portion controls and presentation specifications as established by the Executive Chef
- Restock all items as needed throughout shift
- Prepare dishes for members and guests with food allergies and intolerances
- Work at an efficient and consistent pace
- Comply with all Club safety policies and procedures demonstrating safe work practices
- Identify and report unsafe or hazardous work conditions
- Report all workplace injuries and illnesses to supervisor
- Promote the MAC code of conduct in club activities and demonstrate the importance of providing quality service to members
