Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in operations or sports management
  • Passion for soccer and sports community engagement
  • Availability to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage administrative duties and event coordination
  • Physical ability to perform setup tasks and stand for long durations

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of operations leadership experience
  • Experience in league management, sports administration, or event coordination
  • Strong passion for soccer and commitment to delivering excellent game-day experiences
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Experience working in sports, retail, or hospitality sectors is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to dynamic environments
  • Physical stamina to handle equipment setup and stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Promote and fill soccer leagues through marketing and outreach
  • Collaborate with marketing to maintain league visibility and enthusiasm
  • Monitor soccer trends and player feedback to enhance the league experience
  • Establish community partnerships and organize events to attract new players
  • Manage league budgets and registration fees
  • Organize and oversee leagues, tournaments, and special events
  • Coordinate field setups, schedules, and maintain fair play standards
  • Work with referees and teams to resolve game-day issues
  • Maintain accurate player rosters and handle schedule conflicts
  • Ensure safe, enjoyable match days for players and spectators
  • Assist in hiring and scheduling referees
  • Serve as primary contact for teams and players
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the soccer community
