Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- must qualify for Ohio Lottery Commission licensing
- ability to work all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle high stimulus environment
- physical ability to walk throughout shift
- pass background check
- adherence to company appearance standards
- willingness to learn new software
- strong teamwork skills

Job Duties
- Foster a fun environment
- be a gracious host to all guests and co-workers
- promote a positive influence in the community and participate in company-sponsored events
- ensure interactions with guests follow ACES Service Program guidelines
- monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene as needed per company policy and T.I.P.S training
- promote gaming events and promotions
- process cash and credit card transactions maintaining financial integrity
- maintain a clean and stocked workstation
- comply with state, company, and department policies and regulations
- maintain open availability including all shifts, weekends, and holidays
- serve, pre-buss, buss, and clean assigned sections
- roll silverware and clean during downtime
- perform opening and closing side work
- help team members ensure timely guest service
- expedite and run food
- keep restaurant clean, organized, and sanitized
- understand and articulate menu and drinks
- tip out bartenders
- stock and clean your section
- participate in end of shift side work until completed
- work special events as needed
- perform other duties as assigned
