- Must be able to work at a very fast pace and walk long distances throughout the shift
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues
- Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
- Must be comfortable and capable learning new software

Job Duties
- Foster a fun environment
- Be a gracious host to all guests and co-workers
- Promote a positive influence in the community and participate in company-sponsored events
- Ensure interactions with guests follow ACES Service Program guidelines
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene as needed following company policy and T.I.P.S. training
- Promote gaming events and promotions
- Process cash and credit card transactions while maintaining financial control integrity
- Maintain a clean and stocked workstation
- Comply with state, company, and department policies and regulations
- Serve, pre-bus, bus, and clean your section and teammates' sections
- Roll silverware and clean during downtime
- Perform opening and closing side work as directed
- Assist team members to ensure timely guest service
- Expedite and run food for all tables
- Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and sanitized
- Understand and articulate the menu and drinks to guests
- Tip out bartenders
- Stock and clean your section
- Participate in end of shift side work completion as a team
- Work special events as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
