Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication skills
  • physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry trays
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • legal eligibility to work in the country

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a fast-paced food service environment preferred but not required
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work effectively in a team
  • strong multitasking and time management abilities
  • positive attitude and enthusiasm for customer service
  • knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is a plus

Job Duties

  • provide exceptional guest service by taking orders and serving food and beverages
  • recommend menu items and specials based on guest preferences
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and timely service
  • handle cash and process payments accurately
  • respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues
  • promote a positive and energetic atmosphere consistent with Buffalo Wild Wings brand
