Job Duties
- In this role, you'll do more than just take orders
- you'll be the heartbeat of the restaurant, helping fans navigate our legendary wings and draft lists while keeping the game-day energy high
- Act as the primary host for your section, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and energized
- Maintain deep knowledge of our food and beverage menu to make expert recommendations and drive sales
- Coordinate the full dining experience, from taking accurate orders to ensuring food is delivered hot and fresh
- Manage your designated floor area efficiently, keeping tables clean and guests happy throughout the game
- Collaborate with the bar and kitchen teams to provide seamless, high-speed service during peak hours
