Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- high school education or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and or training
- ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- basic computer skills
- must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to push or pull 150 to 250 pounds on a pushcart
- ability to enter walk-ins of -10 degrees to 140 degrees Fahrenheit
- ability to stand for duration of shift
- ability to walk frequently
- ability to bend and or reach to a height of 6 feet
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Answer the phone
- take reservations
- answer inquiries
- take messages
- seat guests
- greet and show them to seats
- maintain service in dining area
- check on customers periodically to ensure customer satisfaction
- assist with side work of servers and bussers such as napkin folding and silverware polishing
- assist servers with set up tasks including wiping down stations and polishing silverware
- assist servers with closing tasks including resetting stations and completing all closing duties
- provide positive communication and use ACES Service skills with every patron and co-worker
- perform duties in a safe manner
- report any potential safety hazards to management staff
- may be required to perform duties at the Lawrenceburg Event Center
- perform any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position’s job description
- ensure legal drinking age including checking identification
