Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in both written and verbal form
  • minimum five years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a sports bar or contemporary/upscale setting
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to handle a flexible schedule to work weekends, holidays, and all shifts
  • proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
  • excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • knowledge of wine, spirits, beer, and culinary trends
  • must be at least 21 years of age
  • must possess or obtain a California Food Handler Certification

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Redefine hospitality by supporting and promoting company values
  • perform job responsibilities in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures
  • enforce food operation department policies and union contracts fairly
  • lead and manage all restaurant operations to ensure service excellence
  • recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain service standards and a positive work environment
  • monitor financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue growth
  • maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • collaborate with food and beverage leadership for menu execution
  • handle guest relations with discretion and professionalism
  • oversee staff scheduling and station assignments ensuring optimal coverage and compliance
  • develop and maintain a comprehensive calendar of sporting events including UFC, NFL, NBA, NHL, NCAA, Soccer, Golf, Tennis, and Horse Racing events
  • collaborate with special events team to plan and execute themed nights and promotional events
  • work closely with marketing to promote events via social media, email, and property signage
