Job Duties
- Attend pre-shift briefing, taking note of important service information
- collaborate with chef, kitchen team members, and servers to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food
- assist with the assembly of dishes
- complete any required table-side service including taking and delivering orders and explaining menu to guests
- maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparations
- maintain kitchen and dining room cleanliness and organization
