The National Sports Center Foundation is a renowned organization located in Minneapolis, MN, dedicated to hosting and organizing major amateur sporting events that attract athletes and fans from across the nation. Job Requirements
- currently enrolled in college or university
- availability to work May 13 to July 25, 2025
- ability to work 40 or more hours per week
- flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- availability during key tournament dates June 6-8, June 28-29, and July 10-20, 2025
- submission of cover letter and resume by January 31, 2025
- participation in an in-person interview between February 3-14, 2025
Job Qualifications
- currently enrolled in a related degree program
- strong organizational skills
- excellent communication abilities
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- commitment to providing first-class service
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- prior experience in sports event management is a plus
Job Duties
- assist in registration processes
- coordinate volunteer services
- manage housing and transportation logistics
- oversee officials and competition programming
- support campus operations and special events
- contribute to marketing and sponsorship activities
- perform general administrative duties related to event management
