Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management and event coordination
  • Ability to work remotely with flexibility for on-site commitments

Job Duties

  • Assist marketing department with assessment of sponsorship and partnership opportunities and community activities on behalf of the HSO
  • Partner with Human Resources to assist with development of employee focused activities and recognition programs
  • Plan, execute, and measure employee or community events aimed at employee recognition and retention, community engagement, lead generation, and health literacy
  • Oversee promotion of smaller-sized community and employee events and help evaluate new event opportunities with input from department leadership
  • Coordinate vendors and per-diem staff as needed and assist with programming, classes, sponsorships/partnerships, and other special services
  • Oversee on-site coordination and HSO representation at events including communication with event attendees and collection of external prospects for marketing database
  • Prepare measurement and analytics for post-event analysis and reporting and assist with strategy to identify new employee or community event opportunities
