Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- No supervisor experience required
- Ability to attend evening and weekend events

Job Duties
- Assist marketing department with assessment of sponsorship and partnership opportunities and community activities on behalf of the HSO
- Partner with Human Resources to assist with development of employee focused activities and recognition programs
- Plan, execute, and measure employee or community events aimed at employee recognition and retention, community engagement, lead generation, and health literacy
- Oversee promotion of smaller-sized community and employee events and help evaluate new event opportunities with input from department leadership
- Coordinate vendors and per-diem staff as needed and assist with programming, classes, sponsorships/partnerships, and other special services
- Oversee on-site coordination and HSO representation at events including communication with event attendees and collection of external prospects for marketing database
- Prepare measurement and analytics for post-event analysis and reporting and assist with strategy to identify new employee or community event opportunities
