Job Requirements

Current Washington State Food Handlers Permit and Washington State Liquor and Class 12 Mixologist Permit
Ability to work evenings and weekends and some holidays
Ability to perform the physical tasks required in full-service shifts

Job Qualifications

Prior server experience preferred
Extensive knowledge of food and beverage menus
Strong customer service skills
Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
Ability to multitask effectively
Excellent communication skills
Team-oriented mindset

Job Duties

Provide prompt and friendly food and beverage service to members and guests
Perform all pre-meal side work
Maintain an extensive knowledge of the menu and effectively answer all questions from guests regarding the menu and daily specials
Make and serve alcoholic beverages
Effectively expedite orders from the kitchen to the guests' table
Present meal checks to guests and accurately process guest bills
Perform all closing side duties
Perform similar job-related duties as assigned
