Job Duties

  • Work effectively with the Director of Spiritual Growth and ministry teams for effective communication, collaborative problem solving, event planning and ministry execution
  • Create and deliver Biblical content in multiple environments to help people take their next steps toward Christ
  • Work alongside the Director of Spiritual Growth to train volunteer leaders for various roles and event responsibilities with Christ-like character
  • Facilitate relational discipleship across multiple ministry environments
  • Use detailed systems to execute ongoing ministry
  • Maintain alignment with the Director of Spiritual Growth to ensure ministry efficiency and clarity
  • Support life transformation and reproducing discipleship in group environments and one-on-one conversations
