Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- ability to walk, bend down repeatedly, and stand for 8-10 hours a day
- capability to climb ladders and lift 50 lbs overhead repeatedly
- flexible schedule availability including evenings and weekends
- knowledge of applicable laws relating to alcohol sales
- commitment to uphold a safe and compliant store environment
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of work experience with 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role in retail
- experience leading, motivating, and developing a sales-focused team
- familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Drive sales and deliver against key performance metrics (KPMs)
- assist in recruiting, training, and leading store team
- support day-to-day operations including payroll, inventory, merchandising, and shrink
- deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and fostering a welcoming store atmosphere
- resolve customer issues effectively
- help maintain vendor relationships to support store and inventory objectives
- ensure adherence to laws and regulations related to alcohol sales and maintain a safe, compliant environment
- perform other duties as assigned
