Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • ability to walk, bend down repeatedly, and stand for 8-10 hours a day
  • capability to climb ladders and lift 50 lbs overhead repeatedly
  • flexible schedule availability including evenings and weekends
  • knowledge of applicable laws relating to alcohol sales
  • commitment to uphold a safe and compliant store environment

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of work experience with 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role in retail
  • experience leading, motivating, and developing a sales-focused team
  • familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Drive sales and deliver against key performance metrics (KPMs)
  • assist in recruiting, training, and leading store team
  • support day-to-day operations including payroll, inventory, merchandising, and shrink
  • deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and fostering a welcoming store atmosphere
  • resolve customer issues effectively
  • help maintain vendor relationships to support store and inventory objectives
  • ensure adherence to laws and regulations related to alcohol sales and maintain a safe, compliant environment
  • perform other duties as assigned
