Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum two years of serving experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant
- Availability to work afternoons, evenings and nights
- Knowledge of food and beverage menu
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros or Agilysis
- Maricopa County Food Handler Card
- TIPS certification
- Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent, preferred
- At least two years of serving experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant
- Experience in an upscale or luxury dining environment, preferred
- Hotel or resort experience, preferred
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros or Agilysis
- Maricopa County Food Handler Card
- TIPS Certified
- Title IV Certification, preferred
- ServSafe Certified, preferred
- CPR or First Aid Certified, preferred
Job Duties
- Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of service station before, during and after shift
- Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain all specials, promotions and snacks
- Take orders reciting selection of all call and premium brands as requested
- Maintain memorization of all available drinks
- Record the details of the order from the guests, repeating the order to the guest to check for accuracy
- Input orders into point-of-sale system to inform the bartender and kitchen of the particulars in the order being placed
- Replenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction
- Present the guest with the check promptly, thanking them and inviting them to return
