Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food production or manufacturing preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work second shift hours from 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- Organize dry ingredients according to recipes and place them on pallets
- Label weighed ingredients with the proper Q number, weight, and allergen
- Refer to recipes - weigh and measure dry ingredients
- Keep a constant, accurate inventory of ingredients according to schedule
- Lift up to 50 lbs while working in a variety of climates
- Read and comprehend processing instructions
- Follow safety protocols and maintain quality standards
